Our Core Mission Has Never Changed: Let’s Humanize the Workplace.

The Huuman Group™ was founded in 2019, just months before the pandemic hit. Work-from-home was “allowed” by a rare few forward-thinking organizations though often stigmatized, video meetings were either non-existent or, when in the unique case it was used, required a kerfuffle to get connected, and DEI as a department within organizations was barely in the toddler stage.

So much has changed in the workplace since then, yet so much has also remained the same. While the tech tools we use have evolved and video meetings are normalized, we still have a lot to consider when it comes to AI use, machine learning algorithms, and regulating our time online. While we have up-leveled our thinking around remote work, the Hybrid, WFH, or RTW debate still rages and new stigmas have arisen. And while organizations have learned a lot about what to-do and not-do in rolling out DEI initiatives, workplace equity still hasn’t had the growth spurt and universality that is necessary.

We too have evolved at The Huuman Group but the fundamentals of what we do and why we do it have never changed. Four years ago, we began by helping organizations build intelligence around gender, culture, and generation, and then narrowed that focus even further to building leaders & teams that are strong in emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and burnout prevention. Now, we pull all that together in building the foundational core of what makes a workplace more human and helping companies achieve that. This is a workplace where engagement, trust, and cultures of connection reign.

Our core mission of "humanizing the workplace" has only strengthens and we are 100 committed to building better leaders and workplaces for now and into the future.

We see a future of work+life that can be different. A future where organizations CARE about its employees and the fullness of their lives in and out of work, where TRUST is felt and transparency is embedded in the culture of the organization, where employees feel CONNECTED to their PURPOSE and to the organizations in which they work, and are driven with CURIOSITY while being encouraged to learn and grow as a whole human in and out of work.

Through our collective work with hundreds of clients we know this to be true. Leaders who lead with purpose, trust, care, connection, and curiosity are the kind of leaders that people want to work for. These are the leaders that live to build belonging, who know how to effectively integrate work+life, and who fuel engagement by understanding and trusting their employees.

We are not going to lie, we love connecting with others and sharing what we do. Even better, we love helping clients transform themselves and their organizations into ones that feel more human, more engaged, more purposeful.

We are optimists and we believe that change is possible.

Join us in our mission to humanize the workplace.
