With more than twenty years of global executive leadership, strategic advising, and coaching experience across a wide range of industries, Kristi's work with clients is centered on individual and organizational strategic change, growth, leadership, and workplace equity. Having managed dispersed teams around the world, she is adept at understanding the interplay of individual and collective strategic challenges, leadership dynamics, and systemic, structural and cultural considerations that impact engagement.

Her experiences living and working amongst communities and cultures in Latin America, Africa, Europe, and Asia have shaped her thinking and informed her unique processes. She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women and caregivers and currently teaches courses at Stanford on the topics of motherhood & work and workplace equity.

Rible holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird/ASU, a BA in African Studies & Classical Archaeology from Franklin & Marshall College, and executive certifications in Organizational Gender Balance from INSEAD, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell, Executive Coaching from UC Berkeley, and The Fair Play Method™. She is also a mother of two young girls.
