With more than 20 years as a leader in the oil and gas industry, an owner of multiple small businesses, and as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, Tam Tran brings extensive business and leadership acumen alongside an informed process & systems approach to clients at The Huuman Group.

Tam has led, planned, and executed numerous business and strategic priorities as an engineer and operations leader, managing P&L’s and leading 50+ member teams of employees and contractors. Now, as an executive business coach and operations head, Tam applies his forward looking, growth-oriented leadership approach to his work with individuals, organizations, and teams so they can achieve optimal success.

Tam holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Texas in El Paso, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also holds certifications in executive coaching from UC Berkeley’s Executive Coaching Institute and is group coaching certified from HumanQ.
