OVERVIEW:

Women Leading Change is a transformative 6-week program designed to foster deep connections in a supportive facilitated community where women lead the way, laying the groundwork for meaningful change in their lives, their workplaces, their communities, and their homes. This program is built on a foundation of trust and connection and goes beyond individual development to include the importance of community and collective impact. Meeting weekly in a virtual setting, participants will:

  • Self Awareness (Personality Assessment DiSC will be administered)

  • Become grounded in the facts. Data drives change.

  • Identify systemic barriers, social and gender norms, and the actions necessary to create change

  • Build meaningful goals based on core values and impact

  • Understand the importance of women’s economic power

  • Learn the dynamics of paid vs. unpaid work and work+life conflict.

Through individual and collaborative exercises, shared learning, and goals frameworks, participants will gain the tools, insights, and support needed to lead meaningful change at work and at home.

  • Develop clear understanding of data and systemic barriers and opportunities for change.

  • Strengthen leadership and self awareness while building impact and community.

  • Identify actions to create equitable dynamics in work & life.

  • Gain tools & strategies to build equitable spaces and economic power.

  • Day: Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm PST

  • Dates: January 16- February 20th

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Small Group Learning, facilitated by a certified executive coach

  • Six, 60 minute virtual sessions via zoom

  • Disc Personality/Leader Assessment to develop greater awareness of self and team

  • Goals & values frameworks, tools and resources, and action plans to achieve personal, professional, and collective change.

As founder & CEO of The Huuman Group, Kristi has over twenty years of executive leadership experience across a variety of industries, has taught at Stanford on the topics of motherhood & work and workplace equity, and has a caregiving gap on her resume. She holds an MBA in International Business, a BA in African Studies & Classics, and Executive Certifications in Organizational Gender Balance, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Executive Coaching.
