LeaderPod: Women Leading Change
A six week learning program designed to foster connection and community where women lead the way and lay the groundwork for meaningful change in their lives, their workplaces, their communities, and their homes. This program is built on a foundation of trust and connection and goes beyond individual development to include the importance of community building and collective change. Meeting weekly in a virtual setting and facilitated by a certified coach, participants will explore systemic barriers, shift towards a collective mindset, understand and address the power and importance of financial and economic equity, and challenge their own dynamics of paid and unpaid work. Through collaborative exercises and shared learning, participants will gain the tools, insights, and support needed to lead meaningful change at work and at home —together.
January 16- February 20
Thursdays 12:00pm PST- 1:00pm PST
Six 60 minute live small group learning with certified coach via zoom
